Freya – Invest wisely and easily

Freya is a revolutionary mobile app designed for individuals who want to invest, save, and grow their wealth effortlessly. The app is intended for users without prior investment knowledge, offering a seamless experience where users choose their investment amount and risk level, and Freya handles the rest with regular investments into individual stocks in the portfolio.

Assignment

Our goal was to create a unified communication concept and marketing strategy for the fintech app suitable for the global financial market. The main task was to successfully launch the new app and clearly differentiate it from competitors in the Slovak market, which will serve as a springboard for its deployment in international markets such as Germany and France. Another key objective was to acquire new users, crucial for attracting investors to the international market.

Solution

In developing the brand positioning, we focused on simplicity and clarity, as the complexity of investing and saving can often deter people. Through our market research, target audience analysis, product assessment, and competitor review, we found that our users prefer solutions that are simple and functional, giving them a sense of security and control over their finances.

Brand positioning: “Everything runs smoothly. In the complex system and processes of investing and saving, we make it very easy for people to navigate. Really easy.”

Value proposition: “Very simple and functional solutions give me confidence that I always have control over my finances and understand them.”

Brand story: “With us, everyone understands investments and always has them under control.”

In addition to the strategy emphasizing simplicity, we applied this approach to the creation of the corporate identity. Our goal was to develop a visual and communication style that reflects the same principles of simple and clear communication, ensuring that all aspects of the brand are consistent and easily understandable for our users.
